What I am trying to say here is please - try to make or keep writing on something sensible or at least with sense or give us ideas which are constructive and can lead us into future, so that we can keep discussing as “student speak now bloggers”.
You seem to do the same thing that we asked you to stop on your blog some days back, the only thing that you did change was the subject of who is who and what school or which degree is best , same as the pictures of celebrities that you used to paste in this blog.
Hey! As a high learning student I will be happy to discuss issues like how can students who have been abroad and those going to schools here in Tanzania can mingle and use their knowledge intertwined and come together with something of specialty. I am saying this because I am among them and you,(I mean I am both) I did my first degree in Tanzania and went ahead for my second degree overseas and now I am back finishing my disquisition (thesis) here in Tanzania.To me we are all the same with our education no matter where it comes from (Abroad or Local) as far as we all deliver and share our knowledge of expertise and keep the work going and a belief that we all have the knowledge that make us talk on the same language.
We - saw this some years back when many of these high learning schools were established, a combination of instructors who went (or where sent) on high education scholarships overseas and come back with this vast knowledge that they shared with our local trained instructors and fed their knowledge to our students.

Mimi ni mhitimu wa UDSM wa mwaka 2001. Nimekuwa kwenye ajira katika miaka 7 iliyopita na sijafanya MSc bado, ila nina mpango huo.
Kuhusu migomo, tatizo liko zaidi kwenye uongozi na sio wanavyuo. Uongozi hapa unahisisha serikali, uongozi wa vyuo na uongozi wa serikali za wanafunzi.
Serikali: Inatakiwa ihakikishe fedha kwa ajili ya mambo mbalimbali ya wanafunzi ziwe zinatumwa katika wakati bila kuchelewa. Serikali inatakiwa kuongeza vyanzo vya mapato ili kuweza kukidhi mahitaji ya wanafunzi. Ili nchi iendelee, ni LAZIMA kuendeleza ELIMU. Lazima ELIMU ipewe kipaumbele cha pekee kwa kuiingiza hela zaidi na vitendea kazi bora. Lazima serikali iboreshe mazingira ya walimu/wakufunzi ktk vyuo kwa kuwapa mafunzo zaidi na motisha zaidi. Hii itasaidia wakufunzi kuwa ktk hali bora na kuweza kuhakikisha wanafunzi wao wanapata kile kilicho bora kutoka kwao wakufunzi/walimu.
Serikali pia IPITISHE sheria kuhakikisha kuwa waajiri wote wanawasilisha makato ya wafanyakazi wao ambao walichukua mikopo kutoka serikalini. Mikopo ilianza kutolewa mwaka 1994. Wapo watu wanaoweza kulipa madeni yao katika mwaka mmoja tu au miwili. Sheria hii ikipitishwa na ikasimamiwa kama sheria za pension (NSSF/PPF), waajiri wote wakibanwa, fedha nyingi zitapatikana. Hivi ndivyo nchi zilizoendelea zinavyofanya. Hakuna chochote tusichoweza kufanya.
Uongozi wa Vyuo: Hawa wanatakiwa ku-foresee changes katika mazingira ya vyuo vyao. Lazima wawe na vision ya wapi wanataka kufika na hivyo serikali isaidie katika vision hiyo.
Uongozi wa Serikali za Wanafunzi: Hawa wanatakiwa kutumia busara zaidi katika masuala ya kuitisha migomo. Serikali hizi zimekuwa mara nyingi zinaegamia kwa wanafunzi zaidi kuliko kuwa objective katka masuala husika. Kuna mambo ya kugoma wanafunzi wote, lakini kuna mambo ya kufuatilia bila kuruhusu mgomo.
Tusifikiri kwamba vyuo kama Harvard, Cambridge na vingine havina matatizo. Hapana, matatizo yapo. Ila tu ni busara gani inatumika katika kutatua matatizo hayo. Kwa mfano, huwezi kuruhusu wanafunzi wagome, wiki mbili kabla ya kufanya annual exams. Kuruhusu hivyo, kunafanya wanafunzi warudishwe nyumbani kwa mwezi mmoja au zaidi, watafute nauli kwenda na kurudi, na pia kuweka bidii ya zaidi katika revisions zao. Pia interruptions kama hizi zina affect ratiba nyingine upande wa walimu,wanafunzi, na ndugu kwa ujumla.
Kwa Tanzania yenye rasilimali zote tulizonazo, elimu bora inawezekana kabisa !! Tatizo ni kwamba, sisi kama Watanzania, hatujaamua kujipanga vizuri, tunabaki tunalaumu tu bila kuja na mikakati na kuitekeleza mikakati hiyo.
Mada hii ni ndefu sana, naomba niishe hapa kwa mchango wangu huu mdogo.

-kukosekana kwa umakini ktk uandaaji wa bajeti ya serikali kwa kuzingatia kiwango cha wanafunzi wanaotegemea fedha hiyo,wakati muafaka wa kuwakabidhi,kiwango kinacho kidhi maisha halisi na sio maisha ya kwenye karatasi.
