07/08 has been a really bad academic year rather short,It may be true that people are not serious with their studies and academic life on the whole but that is too hypothetical to explain the worst performance appeared in this year and stick to that,Im saying this because I have been at the university for almost too years now and Im quite aware of how people go about their lives at college,I would be short minded and negative thinker if I can dare step out and shout to intellectuals that laziness,luxury and forgetting studies as the primary reason for the discouranging performance in 07/08
I acutely believe many of us understand the problems facing students which led them to perform poorly and I also have enough sense of awareness to further believe that we know the causes to those problems but not the ROOT CAUSES,now the only obstacle here is that we cant seem to find the right hook up between the two(failure and the root cause), and that is what i want to concentrate my effort on
owing to the fact that we are aware of demostrations,strike and fingting due to conflicting interests and demand of students and staff of UDSM that have been happening all over campus premises at a frequency that has never occured before,in my opinion this seem to me the perfectly hook up to the remarkable failure of the students
but why failure?one may be tempted to think that there isn't even a shadow of connection between these two contexts,but belive this is the only way suggested and being thought as effective which in the end will weaken the morally and spirit of the students to fight for their rights and demands
by having many of them reduced first they will plant fear within us,second workfoce will automatically deteriorate and ultimately there wont happen these so called strike ever again
I should make myself clear that Im not attempting to encorage students not to work hard but what Im honestly triying to do is to properly reveal what has actually happened and what might there after happen as the impacts
so far we got to University with the principal mission of studying hard so as to enrich ourselves with useful knowledge and acquire the life time assurance of job opportunity therefore we have to stick to that and other stuffs will follow
